Each tumbled stone varies. Hematite is a great stone for grounding, it helps one sort out things in their headspace. It can be used for mental attunement, and enhance memories. Hematite provides a calming atmosphere, and is also capable of keeping the body cool, or dispels heat at a physical level. e.g. placing the stone on the fore-head to remove the heat from a fever.
